Prime Season (December- April)

•  $6000 for 1 month

• $5500 per month for 2 months

• $5000 per month for 3 or more months

Summer (May-November)

• $3500 for 1 month

• $3000 per month for 2 or more months

*$250 cleaning fee and $1500 security deposit will be added to all rental pricing.
